Welcome

Chesham High School is a co-educational grammar school of approximately 1250 pupils, of whom 360 are in the sixth form. We are proud to offer the traditional qualities of a grammar school, combined with the most modern resources and curriculum.

Chesham High School seeks to bring out the best in all its pupils, both academically and in their individual talents. Our goal is to equip them with the skills and personal attributes to succeed, happily and confidently, in a fast changing world. We have high expectations of the entire school community – our excellent examination results and wider achievements are outlined in the appendices.

You are warmly invited to visit the school at one of our open evenings, which take place early in the Autumn term. Here you can meet staff and students and see our excellent facilities for yourself. Alternatively, we would be pleased to offer a tour during the school day, by appointment.
